Endowments & Foundations Roundtable 2018

About

After a decade — yes, a decade! — of sustained economic and capital market growth, nonprofit CIOs need a chance to take a step back from the daily process of portfolio management to focus on the central debates of their field of work.

The Roundtable for Endowments & Foundations aims to give just that.

From the advances of fintech to global security threats, from U.S. tax policy changes to the ongoing risk factor debates, the Roundtable’s goal is to inform, arm, and entertain today’s leading nonprofit investors as they prepare for the next decade of returns, whatever they may be.

2018 Featured Speaker

Eric Rosenbach

Co-Director, Center for Science and International Affairs
Lecturer in Public Policy, Harvard Kennedy School

Could iPhone apps challenge financial institutions in the same way that Amazon revolutionized commerce and Uber upended transportation? Many analysts think so. Rosenbach will explore the trajectory of the technologies driving the fintech Revolution — block chain, digital identity management, and cyber security— and the current regulatory environment and avenues to spur FinTech growth. What is the potential for FinTech to shift the balance of the global economy — and the financial services sector in particular?
